worship_dog I came across this guy in the subway a few months before the release of this tune. He was scraping and hitting the carriages and tracks with 2x4s and metal tubular appendages to create the percussion samples used in this piece.

I think he incurred over $1,000 in fines, got harassed by quite a few people - even ending up in an attempted citizens arrest - and finding himself on YouTube in an episode of "Only in NY". But you can't really put a price on good music imo
